Renting out a car? Or running a rental business?
We're launching a car rental platform — for individual owners and rental businesses alike. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as we go live.
Who is Vroomio for
Vroomio works for anyone with a car to rent — from a single vehicle to a small fleet.
-
01
You run a small rental business
Online calendar, digital contract and handover report for every car. Replace emails and phone calls with our booking system.
-
02
You rent out a campervan or premium car
Sports car, muscle car, motorhome, EV. Vroomio helps you reach new customers. Contract and deposit are handled digitally before handover.
-
03
You have a car you don't always need
Lend it out when and to whom you choose. You approve every request manually. No monthly fees, no commitment. Delist your car anytime.
You can stop renting at any time. No notice periods, no fees. When you're not renting your car out, simply delist it — you pay nothing.
What you get
Software that handles the paperwork for you
Rent out your car whenever you don't need it. You decide who rents it and when. We take care of the contract, payment, calendar, and handover photo report.
Digital contract
No more paperwork at handover. For every rental a contract is automatically generated during booking, which both parties then sign digitally.
Security deposit via Stripe, not cash
We charge the deposit to the renter's card and hold it until the rental ends. If everything's fine, we refund it. You never handle the money or the refund. If there's damage, we take care of the charge.
Your own price, deposit, and rules
In our web app you set the price, deposit, daily kilometre limit, surcharges, and when your car is available. Vroomio handles the rest.
Handover photo report
Before and after every rental, both parties complete an online report with timestamped photos, fuel level, and mileage. Everything is documented in case of a dispute.
Online calendar
No more calls or Instagram messages. Renters book according to your availability in our online calendar. You approve every booking.
Work with verified drivers
You rent to verified users and can check their ratings so you know who you're dealing with. Vroomio brings you new, reliable customers.

You can stop renting at any time. No notice periods, no fees. When you're not renting your car out, simply delist it — you pay nothing.
insurance
Your car's safety comes first
Insurance through Vroomio
Coming soonWe don't yet offer insurance arranged through our platform, but we're working on it. In the meantime, you'll need to arrange rental insurance yourself.
What insurance do you need?
Extend your existing policy
With your insurer, set your vehicle's use to “commercial rental”, i.e. renting to third parties. This applies to both liability and comprehensive cover, and the premium tends to be higher than for private use. Without it, your insurer may reduce a claim payout or cancel your policy in the event of damage.
Insurance designed specifically for vehicle rental
A product for regular rental owners and operators of multiple cars. It covers operation in rental-business mode without limiting payouts due to commercial use.
Not sure whether your policy covers rentals? We're happy to help you find out.
Be there from the start
Leave us your email and we'll reach out a few weeks before the platform launches. No payment, no commitment. Unsubscribe at any time.
